Packaging

The cooler comes neatly packaged in it's box. The front of the box shows just a small glimpse of what is inside through a cut out as well as a 3/4 shot of the cooler and fan. The front also details some of the features. The back of the box lists the specifications of the cooler; also included on the back is Xigmatek's web address as well as the support email address. The right side of the box contains a list of the processor that the cooler is compatible with and the left side details in pictures the features of the cooler.

Pulling the cooler out of the box reveals the Styrofoam protection. The fan and heatsink are in separate containers. Sitting on top of them is the accessory kit which includes for the Core2Duo and Core2Quad as well as the retention mechanism for the AMD 752/939/940 CPU and a little container of thermal paste. The rubber stand offs are to attach the fan to the heatsink. As long as the cooler is shipped in the proper packaging the cooler should arrive intact. The package as a whole is made for retail shelves and would not survive the abuse of shipping.
